The 3,000 staff of SASH NHS Trust were smarting after a damning Channel 4 Dispatches Episode.
We ran drop-in story-telling events for everyone. from porter to heart surgeon. We helped them celebrate the great work they were already doing and re-connected them with the values, vision and purpose of the Trust.
Over the course of a week the telling and re-telling of tales of compassion and innovation set them on the road to recovery.
