Director, CRAIG MELVIN, has an MA in Creative Writing, writes brand story with wife, Mel and leads the Tell Your Story™️ programme, working with some of the world’s most storied organisations, household names and unsung heroes. He has ghost-written 25 books for publishers, many for famous names, but he’s sworn to secrecy (and tied to NDA’s!) He also hosts and co-produces the Big Book Group with Eddie Izzard’s promoter. He has been translating his love for food, hospitality and theatre into awesome events since 1993.  After drama school, catering college and a few years apprenticeship with Hilton International, he set up his own company. His first big event was the Baltic Exchange’s 250th Anniversary for two thousand guests, including royalty, at Greenwich.

Craig is a master at business development.  He regularly takes on brand and business development assignments for clients in the hospitality industry and many other industry sectors.

Director, MELANIE LESCHALLAS, is a performer, therapist, writer and emotional engineer.  She danced in pantos as a child and starred in ‘Lloyd Grossman out to lunch’, pick of the Edinburgh Fringe, in her twenties.

After a spell with Success Dance and Model agency, she did an MA in drama and movement therapy at Central School of Speech and Drama and founded a company to bring a fresh approach to Learning and Development. 

She is a trusted Communications coach for many loyal clients, some for over 15 years.  Areas of expertise include Authentic Leadership, Transactional Analysis, Conflict Resolution, Mindfulness and Emotional Intelligence.  Her work is challenging and inspiring, creative but rooted in sound psychological theory and extensive experience.

Mel is also a yoga & mindfulness teacher with 25 years of experience. She launched LUNAR LEMON RETREATS 5 years ago and leads transformational retreats from Mel and Craig’s house, Casa Luna, in the magical mountains behind Malaga.

Mel is currently promoting her début novel and launching creative writing retreats in Spain.
